Can sinus infections affect your eyes. Also can a sinus infection make you feel out of sorts and like your head is all swollen. My eyes are so red and tired and burning. Can anyone help me

Go to your health food store and buy Mullein leaf and Nettle leaf capsules. Follow directions on the bottle.

Or buy a couple ounces of each of these herbs and use it for making tea, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs to 1 cup hot water, pour the hot boiling water over the herbs, let sit for 15 minutes, strain off the herbs, then drink the tea, if you have the need to sweeten it, use honey. Drink one cup 2 to 3 times a day.

Nettles: asthma relief and lung congestion. Mullein: bronchitis, enviromental allergies, chest and sinus congestion, asthma, emphysema, and helps remove mucous.

Once you get your sinus infection in check your eyes will improve.

I gave a friend some mullein for his asthma, the next time I saw him, he told me, that his mother couldn't believe his eye were white instead of red.

I am pretty sure I have a sinus infection right now. It's been about a year since I think I have had one. I used to have them every couple of months and yes, it effects your eyes. Mine are goopy and red and burning. They tear up alot. I have chronic allergies so I am just dealing with it. This is the bad time of year. But before I take antibiotics I am using the neti pot sinus rinse and drinking green tea's, taking plenty of vitamins etc...to see if I can avoid the antibiotics. It worked last time. Stay on some allegra and sudefed to keep you dried up and cleared up. It helps. Avoid antibiotics unless absolutely neccessary. Hang in there! I hope it helps!
