Okay, not sure where to start but I will take a shot at explaining what has been going on with me... any ideas, advices, anything at all is welcome.
I am a 30 y.o. male(born female, living as male).
Had double masectomie and chest reconstruction but no other surgeries.
Meds I am taking right now:
- Naproxen 500mg but not taking on regular basis
- Testosterone 200mg\ml IM every other week
History:
Been diagnosed with chondromalacia when a teen.
Had injuries to both knees not necessiting surgery but left knee was left hyperflexing(backward)
Both ankles got sprain several times although never seriously.
Have pilidonal cyst that is recurring and got surgery on two times without significant improvement(although it is expected I guess for that time of cyst)
Had enlarged lymph nodes removed on right groin but were begine.
Since teen years, knees have been bothering me increasingly and the last 4 years have been the worse.
Some day, feels like my knees are gonna snap backward without me having control.
One day, I woke up and couldn't flex my left knee at all for no reasons. It took all day for it to start loosening up.
Now the past 3 years, joint pain has moved to most of my joints and increased in intensity and frequency.
- Joints involved: Knees, ankles, toes, wrist, neck, elbows and shoulders.
For at least the last year and a half, it has been accompanied by muscle pain off and on
Fatigue goes away and comes back and don't seem helped by rest. Some week I can barely get out of bed. I wake up with my limbs heavy and stiff for hours.
Bowel movements are ever changing, going from not going at all to diarrhea that has foul smell and weird color.
I get random red dots on my skin but never in big number or at the exact same spot.
My groin area often hurts out of the blue. It seem swollen(ovaries area) and is very tender most times when it hurt.
My calf are often painful and seem to follow my upset stomach episodes.
----
Although all these random things, the main problems are the extreme fatigue I can't seem to shake off, and the joints and muscles pain. Does not matter if I rest or am active, the pain is the same and worsen the same. Just can't win regardless.
Even for the while I was taking Naproxen on a regular basis(2x 500mg per day) it would only help if the pain wasn't too much. If it was a lot, it wouldn't help at all.
I also get random headache (a spasm-like pain that comes in sec flashes off and on for minutes before it disappear)...
Alright, can't think of what else but I know I need help...can't stand it anymore.
