tired of nokia 6230

currently have a black nokia 6230 with cingular. i can't hear much of anything from the speaker, it horrible reception in my house, and randomly turns off.

I want something thin like 1/2" or less, durable, with uber reception. Black, bluetooth, and a good camera would be preferable as well. Under $250 would be good too. What should i look at?
 
s710, looks good but a little on the big side, i carry around my phone all day in my pocket so if i can get something smaller and lighter it would would be a big plus
