of my comfort zone in art
? Hi- I really want to take A Level art (english exam course for 16-18 yr olds) but the topic we have to work on before we can go on to do the things we enjoy and are interested in is "natural forms" -
We have to make lots of drawings from flowers and plants in lessons but I've always been someone who likes to take my time and use a lot of detail in my work (I prefer the photorealist-ish approach where you can use grids and work from photos and use lots of detail and shading in your work) -
I will obviously work really hard and practice drawing plants as much as possible but could anyone give me some tips on how to cope with proportions and tips about drawing plants - I'm getting kinda stressed in lessons when I cant work as fast as the other people as I'm quite a slow artist - please help
