doing more bicycle rather than more running and crosstrainer will help?
i aim to do 20 mins at gradient of 17(increasing every minute by 1)
as well as weights of course, dumbells (16kg) and then decrease to 14kg
and bench press ( start of with 15kg both sides) and then decrease to 10kg so i can do more sets rather than lose the effort in my elbows and shoulders
