Tips on losing belly fat with exercise (for a special case)?

I'm a college student. I wake up at 5 in the morning for a 7AM class everyday, it's until 5PM. I'm a dormer and prone to fastfood meals whcih may be the reason why i gained belly fat. I consider walking to my unviersity and climbing four plights of stairs as exercise but I feel it isn't enough at all, i don't get that sweaty. How am I going to insert exercise in my schedule? What kind of exercise should I do that targets my belly?
 
desecrat.... is correct. sad fact of life for many women. i have a gut that may never go down. my surgeon said i,m genetically predisposed to have saggy ab muscles. i do 120 lb. machine crunches. still have a saggy gut.
