...and buy your product? my first time meeting with my customer (in the tourism business)i'm selling excursions and domestic flights,helicopter trips etc,how do i get my customer to trust me and but my company products which are of high standard with others that are cheaper,i'm new on the job but very good at customer service...please help i really must suceed
 
In a nutshell;
Be yourself.
Concentrate on the customer's desires ie: lifetime memories, safety, value.
Listen, not just to what they say but to what they want.
And above all, always express benefits over features.

Be calm in the start as to learn your guest and then act accordingly.

Prospecting is the key to sell something. Let your customers speak first. This way you can estimate the extent of the business you may get from them. Ask simple and friendly questions to get first hand information and then start your sale call. Speak less and think more principle works best in sales.
