Tips On Cheer Camp?

Well, im going to cheer camp soon, and its my first time ever going to cheer camp. im really nervous about it. i keep thinking, what if this happens and what if that happens. i heard that a lot of people get sick during cheer camp. is that true?
can people please tell me some tips on how to survive cheer camp?
