soon i'll be getting some HH Scott floorstanding speakers they have a fuse that blows before the speakers do Can the speakers actually blow or just the fuse? How does this work they are vintage
need more help I have a KENWOOD that 120 watts per channel

The fuse has to be of a Fast Blow type.
There are two types of fuses, Fast Blow and Slow Blow.
What's difficult is to properly dimension those fuses.
If too small (low amps), they'll blow too often. If too big (high amps), they will not protect the speakers.
I had some Ohm Acoustic speakers with fuses. I had to replace them from time to time.
