tips for my car HELP!!!... it has to do with a manual car?

ok my manual car stick use to be really smooth and everthing, it use to be like that sence allways... now for some reason the stick its king of hard and u have to use more force to change gears and sometimes it even gets stuck.. i think it needs some kind of oil or something but i dont even know witch one or were to apply it.... can some one help me?
 
the reason,s are many sounds like your clutch is not clearing ,check the cable or hydraulics depending what you have , if they are ok you will need a new clutch
