tips for my car HELP!!!... it has to do with a manual car?

ok my manual car stick use to be really smooth and everthing, it use to be like that sence allways... now for some reason the stick its king of hard and u have to use more force to change gears and sometimes it even gets stuck.. i think it needs some kind of oil or something but i dont even know witch one or were to apply it.... can some one help me?

nope probably the gears have been damaged or need to be lubricated
if it is a broken gearbox you need to get it checked immediately
