tips for jogging/running/sprinting?

so every time i run outside i begin to run then not more than 2 blocks away my shins, ankles, and knees hurt. i want to jog its just that this stops me from doing it every day.
also after i run for about 1/2 a mile when i breath in my throat hurts. like around my trachea/larynx area. and my lungs also hurt like i can breath but it hurts when my lungs expand. i don't smoke or drink. am i breathing wrong while running?
or what am i doing wrong

oh and i'm not wearing running shoes i'm wearing skating shoes.
its only when i jog. i dont get the pain(throat) its like a burning sensation while i breath in. when i do the air climber or the abb. wheal which r also cardio. i just really want to become a runner. i wanna love running like other people do!
i do not jog often at all. i want to start tho.
