Tips for guerrilla artists?

Does anyone have tips for staying safe, cool, and un-arrested while doing covert guerrilla art? For night work, in urban environments in somewhat dangerous areas. I know you should stay alert and confident, short and authoritative to confrontation, and you should probably work out everything beforehand, doing the action in the early morning before sunup.

What else should guerrilla artists be conscious of?
Of course I know to respect others' property. But thanks. :)
Oh yeah, and this is for a small group (3). Mostly using on-site materials. Thanks for those tips, Mel!
 
invest in a balaclava - sneaky

learn to run very fast
have all your stuff so you can easily hide/pack it up/run away with it
if possible, use as little stuff as you can
practice makes perfect, the more you practice, the quicker and more alert you will be
don't let your work suffer just because you're nervous and trying to be quick
consider hiring an accomplice to either do the easy bits or keep watch
