tingling and pin and needles in my head

i beign having tingling and pin and needles in the back of my head and sides,i did a MRI and showdsThere are focal signal abnormalities in the posterior fossa on the T1 weighted image,which are likely artifactural. what does that means? i had injury my lower back and neck on the job,an have a pinch nerves.

Who ordered the Mri--you primary care doctor or a neurologist? Do you have a follow-up appoinment? If you are not seeing a neurologist, then I would advocate that you request a referral.
