There is a cartoon I've seen on the internet a couple a couple of times. It is about a blond haired girl and a black haired boy who travel through time to learn different things in history. Usually they'd be doing something when the announcer says that they should go to a certain point in time. They'll go there then come back to the present and end up being able to use what they learned. Please tell the name if you know it!
