i just bought a new psp(slim). The person there installed cfw 3.71
m33-2 by inserting a pandora battery and magic memory stick(i have none).
Now i want 1.5 kernel for homebrew and i need time machine for it. My question is
1)Do i again need a pandora battery or can i proceed with my current battery. I already do have cfw.
2)will the version of my cfw support this.I dont mind if its even the minimum it should just work.
3)if my cfw doesnt(i know it does) then i know how to upgrade but will it require pandora coz i do have cfw
4)in any case if i brick it, will the back up and restore utility in windows work.
I have backed it up. So do i just need to restore it to its drive.
And once i have restored will i get my cfw or my original fw.
5)Will windows recognise psp once its bricked. If not then how will u restore.
And if you do get cfw by restoring psp, why dont ppl just do that instead for goin all this pandora stuff.(the backup being restored is of a psp with cfw.)
