Time for a New Phone, best option??

I have a LG Shine its nearing 3 years old...Gonna be able to upgrade again but I NEED a couple features on my new phone.

1: Decent sized screen.
2: All I want to do is browse/post on message boards. My phone cant really do that.

What are my options?? I am with sasktel I dont think they have like iphones for example.
Im thinking LG Bliss or a blackberry
 
Ok so I pretty much narrowed it down to the Omnia or the Blackberry Storm...
I found a data plan etc etc and my contract expires on the 22nd.

I also did some research.
Main issue:
I want to be able to use the GPS. Apparently Sasktel doesnt allow this, but the blackberry the GPS is unlocked and there is a way around it???? The omnia wont work at all...

Also, how is the web browsin on these two units???
