Tilapia?

Motherboards have surface mount components and are multi-layered these

soldered the old boards though - mostly the jack connections.

My guess is that this might not be true for Apple motherboards. They
never want you to change the batteries in their stuff.

Only serious geeks would change out anything in their Apple devices,

batteries, and the genuine Apple batteries are what you want to buy
anyway. When you pay the huge upfront cost for an Apple device, it
comes with support you've already paid for.

I don't regard tilapia as mediocre fish. To me it has tender, sweet,
clean tasting flesh. It is a farmed fish, just as catfish is these
days. No over fishing is going to be a problem. It cooks easily. I
very seldom get to eat ocean fish that doesn't taste fishy to me. In
this sense, fishy is not good. I don't live on the sea coast, so I
have to purchase fish previously frozen. I'm sure there is a
difference when you can purchase straight from the fishing boat.

Shark and bug foods like like lobster, shrimp also other posters claim of
crawfish and eels, seems like the only seafood one can get. Hard to imagine
the oceans are practically fished out. In Michigan, if the DNR did not
stock the great lakes, they would not have any fish in five years. So if
you want fish these days it seems pond scum fish from Asia or nothing
because supermarkets in the US will not buy fish from it's own country.

I noticed even on some bags of Asian Tilapia, the bag states "Carbon
Monoxide Added For Flavor"? I even learned US companies do the same thing
and do not put that information on the bag.

It is hard to believe that even the oceans are being fished out.

Pickerel is not bad also. But even the great lake fish has some mercury
warnings that comes with it. I wonder if the invading Asian Carp is any
good.

Deliberately? They pump it into exports and leave it out of their domestic

I did not take you for someone so biased and/or naive.

I have only experienced the infamous fishyness/off-flavor in canola
once. And that was in an organic brand, Spectrum which was about 5
bucks a pint.

Otherwise, I don't find anything wrong with canola.

I'm just a mid-level geek but the idea of having someone service my
stuff is unappealing. There's no doubt that I can change the battery in
my iPad but I know that I'll probably never be able to get that
glass/gasket assembly nicely flush back in place. It'll look like some
gomer manhandled it. If it costs over $125 to replace the battery, I
guess you can call me "gomer" cause that's my break point.
