Ticking noise Toyota 4runner 3.0 v6?

When the engine warms up to norm temp. it makes a ticking noise. the ticking increases as i raise the rpms. driving or or just reving the engine. could it possibly be a timing chain guide or valve adjustment? i need some one with real experience with these motors. please post asap.!
K theres oil in it. for sure.
 
lifters rocker arms vavles timing low oil wrong weight of oil could be a few things most common lifters
