i just ordered tickets for the knicks vs clippers game in december in New York, and i ordered them on my boyfriends ticketmaster account but paid for them with my mum's credit card. after paying i realised it said that only the card holder could pick them up at the kiosk. as we are flying from england and my mum is not going to new york with us i don't know how we are going to get our tickets; has anyone had this problem before?
i'm thinking of going anyway and showing them my mum's credit card and passport and seeing if they say anything? will this work? how strict are they when it comes to picking tickets up at the kiosks i madison square gardens? i don't know what else to do.
