Car Accident and Ticket?
So I've had my license for four months, and Im sixteen. I was in a parking lot and me and four of my friends were in the car. We were going forward with tool sheds on our left, as I was crossing the backroads, another car came by and I ended up Tboning it. I tried hitting the breaks earlier before I even saw the other car, and was skidding forward due to the poor weather conditions. Icy roads, rain and snow. Im at fault for the crash, but got a ticket for the number of passengers. I have to go to court, and Im wondering whats gonna happen. Do I just pay the fines or will they suspend my license, I've never got any speeding tickets or anything and I wasn't even aware that Im not allowed to drive with more than one passenger. Please Help Im really nervous. He gave me the ticket for the number of passengers, not the actual accident. So Im going to court for only the ticket right? I plan on pleading guilty, telling the judge I was not aware but also adding that I understand it was my responsibility to know. Consequences Pleasseeeeeee
