child support lowered? I don't have a problem with him seeing our son but I was wondering if these are ok things to ask the judge to rule on before he starts getting our son (Btw he has only chose to see our son 4 times, didn't call on our sons birthday, come see our son during his surgery, wouldn't call back or check on when our son had to go see if he needed a back brace)
a)anger mgt (he pushed me when i was pregnant and is bipolar) or see a psychiatrist bc all of his anger comes from his mom not telling who is father is
b)child classes (to learn how to take care of our son)
c)be there for all pickups and drop offs
d)alcohol classes (he started drinking and with his bipolar med he get crazy)
e)get the necessary eqt to take care of our son over the weekend (bed,highchair, car seat, food, bedding, diapers, etc stuff you have to have)
f)take his bipolar medicine
 
I think that the alcohol if definitely a legitimate concern especially with a small child that will need constant supervision. Also, I would take into consideration that this will most likely be endangering your child and you need to make sure that you trust this man with your child's life. Anyways, I would consult a lawyer on the matter if you are truly concerned; which I'm assuming you are considering that you probably care about the well being of your child.
