Thumping Noise 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2 Limited?
So when i shift gears to Drive/Reverse/1/2..etc AND NOT EVEN MOVE THE CAR YET. I hear a distinct thumping sound coming from the front of the car. When in Park or N i do not hear it. When I do accelerate alittle. the thumping noise kind of gets faster..not really louder. Any idea of what it that thumping could be?
It is not the cv joints. Someone said it might be coming from the engine? any ideas?
 
did you say thumping or humping!!

doe snto realyl matter if someone is fooling around inside your vehicle - its best to tell them to stop it, and you dont approve - tell them to go to motel if they have too -


bu tone shoudl be more considerate and not do this in someone else s car - sheeeeeeesh!
