throwing up yellow

i suffer from multiple chronic conditions, 3 timesover the last month i have woke up throwing up. I know its weird, but my vomit looks and smells exactly like urine. Does anyone know whether or not it is possible for my kidneys to back up into my stomache for any reason?
 
No, that's not physically possible.

Bile, a digestive fluid, is yellow. Bile in vomit can be caused by eating too much food or the opposite, an empty stomach.
 
Hi There! It is physically impossible. My relative smells like urine if he gets a gout attack. I wish he would be more careful with the diet because a relative of his died of it at the age of 55. The crystal probably collected in the kidneys and backed up to the point where there was no more filtration and then the heart backed up from too much fluid and the fact that the kidneys could no longer do their job properly. They told us the relative died all swollen up. I suspicion in his case the crystals may collect a little in the kidney and makes the uric acid level rise because they don't function as well and then his skin smells like that. Sometimes attacks can be predicted this way and even prevented by having some antigout measures taken immediately such as more water, pineapples freshly juiced and eaten cherry juice drunk and/ or eaten and decreasing purine fooRAB. Have you ever had any kidney tests? What are your medical conditions? A health professional could test you for uric acid levels and other things. It is important to be hydrated I hope you are not throwing up still because if you are it could be important to go to the emergency room to be rehydrated by I.V.
