Ok, I had eaten 2 servings of 60 calorie fiber one cereal, half a pepperoni hot pocket and like 3 servings of mashed potatoes. A lotttt of calories. Then I went outside and walked a lot, played soccer, walked so more and by the time i knew it i had been out there for an hour and a half and burned 500 calories. After I was done, i had the feeling i was gonna throw up and when I did, very bitter vomit came up. It wasn't a lot, but it was brownish-yellowish, verrry nasty. And I thought bile was a sign your stomach was empty, so why did it happen when I clearly ate? I had a 500 calorie breakfast at 4 a.m., some vegetable and a small piece of chicken meat at 2, and had the stuff i mentioned earlier at 4 and went outside at about 5:30.
