Throttle body spacer on a 96 jeep cherokee???

whats up everybody i have a K&N intake on my 96 jeep Cherokee along with a Magnaflow performance exhaust, it has a lot of power and i love it, but i want to put an AIRRAID throttle body spacer on it but im not sure if it would interfere with me closing my hood, help me out please.
 
Throttle body spacers are a waste of money. Installed one on a 97 tahoe for a friend and he didn't get any of the benefits promised on the box. You might be able to measure power gains on a dyno but in real world driving you will never see any gains.
