I've been having these severe pulsing, throbbing pain on the back of my head for the past 4 days now. Today it's the worse it's been and the pain just won't go away. It feels like every time my heart beats, I can feel pulsing on the back right side of my head. When I started having this I could lie down and the pain would go away when I woke up but now the pain just won't stop. The only thing that I can think of is that after I had exercised (doing some sit ups) the back of my head started hurting. I thought I was just getting dizzy at first but now it's really hurting me. Anyone know what this is??
