I have a small soft tissue lump at the back of my throat near my tonsils, its in the center and feels like a pill or a bit of food thats gotten stuck. It is horrible as it sometimes touches my tongue and makes me gag randomly. It makes me sick all the time, How can i get rid of this, i've never had anything like it before.
