The Threefold Law

Generally, all Wiccans believe in Karma. I am sure you have heard that saying, "What goes around, comes around." Well, that is basically what Karma is. If you do good things, good things will come to you. If you do bad things, bad things will come to you. Some Wiccans believe that what you do, comes back to you Threefold. (3 time over).
They follow the Threefold Law:
Ever mind the Rule of Three,
Three times what thou givest returns to thee.
This lesson well, thou must learn,
The only gets what thou dost earn!
That does not mean that if you give someone $10.00, you will get $30.00 back from them the next day. It mean three times as intense. Some Wiccans do not believe that it comes back 3 times. They know it will come back to you but they don't put a certain number on it. It will come back to you more intense than you sent it out, but not necessarily 3 times more intense. What they believe is called the Law of Return.
Personally, I believe in the Law of Return, I don't think you can put a number on it. But that is just my opinion. The Law of Return and Karma explains why good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. They are being "re-paid" in this life for what they did in a past life.
