I am pretty sure I ov. on day 16 of cycle, got a negative test on my AF due date.
Then I had all of the normal pregnancy/premenstrual symptoms for 10 days (no AF), did another two test which were both neg.

I am now on day 48 (almost week 7) and still no AF, and all my symptoms past, except sore breasts and extra sensitive and slight nausea.

Had a miscarriage in January and these are so far the same symptoms as that time when I was pregnant, except for the negative tests!!!

How accurate are the tests?

hi just because your tests are negative does not mean your not pregnant i was 3 months pregnant before i got a positive . i suggest you go to see your doctor for a blood test good luck

by now your tests should be strongly positive. they are about 97% accurate from when af is due.
i would see a dr or go the hospital and have them do a blood pregnancy test to see whats going on..
are you using the pregnancy tests with your first morning wee? are you using reputable brands like first response or clearblue digital?

if you are not pregnant the most likely thing is that you miscalculated your o day. if you dont use opk's & if you dont chart you really have no way to confirm that you did ovulate at all.
you may find that you are having an anovulatory cycle. i had this in august last year and knew i could not be pregnant as i had an iud. i did not have a period for 7 weeks, then they went back to normal.

best thing to do is to always chart when ttc so that you know within a day or so when you ovulated with some degree of certainty, in future.

good luck to you.

I missed my period, while on birth control, and took three EPT tests, all were negative. A couple of days later I took a hospital strip test and it was positive...I was 7 weeks and had no clue (no symptoms at all). I have no faith in store bought tests...NONE. If you do want to be I hope you are, I'd get to the Doc to be sure either way. if you're really not you'll need to figure out why you are not having a period.

Clear Blue Digital are the worst pregnancy test ever!!! I have had false positives with those! Stick with the 1 line or 2 lines. You may be one of the rare ones who need a blood test done.
