Yes, that's 2 threads per hour.
Now, how to make a thread properly.
-First, find something interesting. This is done easily with Google. Google is undeniably the worlds most powerful internet search engine, and they have a NEWS filtering option. Hallelujah! Instead of beating dead horses, like constantly making Obama oil hate threads, try finding something no one else is currently talking about. Here I will link you to something DIAC has been following for some time now, FCC and Net Neutrality.

-After doing so you will need to check the formatting. It is common courtesy to COPY AND PASTE, WITH AN EASY TO FIND LINK, THE ENTIRE ARTICLE. Edit: Sometimes it's better to just post the most important parts of the article, and if someone wants, they can follow the link to read the rest. (contribution by ballz2wallz).
-Now is your time to shine. Add your own personal commentary on the subject matter. Dont be an idirabroad
.
Net Neutrality is important. Customers should be getting what they pay for and no one should be getting priority. Just because there aren't major plans for ISP's to regulate or downright block certain networks doesn't mean we shouldn't prrabroad
ect the rights of the consumer. ISPs have already blocked or slowed P2P programs.
-and that, Sgt. Baker, is how you dont suck at life.
