There are a vast number of General Threads that can be used to spark fun topics and serious discussions without having to start a new thread for every movie you see.
Same goes for movies you didn’t like. There are threads that discuss the issue, no need to begin a thread for a movie just to say how you hated it.
-Don’t start a thread for something just because one it’s not listed If you must, make sure there are enough posters to maintain a lively, fun thread.
Friendly Reminders
If you click on a link and it’s not for the thread it’s supposed to, please notify taovande, jackiehydelover or ROCKSTAR. Same when a Continuation Threads has been opened-- notify us so we can update the links. Wait until the thread reaches 300 posts to begin another one.
If you’re unsure on whether to start a thread on any sort of movie related topic, don’t hesitate to PM any of the Mods, and happily we’ll give you an answer.
Remember that when a duplicate thread is opened we must close it and leave the oldest open... No matter which has more posts. There are exceptions in special cases.
When you want a question/doubt answered about a movie -- fire away! Our posters will try to answer.
ABOUT SPOILERS: Please use spoiler space and/or spoiler warning. Be considerate. Your post will be edited if the spoiler rule is not followed. If a movie has been out on DVD for less than 3 months, please use spoiler space.
ABOUT GAMES: Please do not start any new GAME THREADS on this board. There are a few existing ones floating around right now, many of which have been going for a long time, and these can stay. If you have what you think is a really, really good idea for a fun (and at least a little challenging) movie game, PM taovande, jackiehydelover or ROCKSTAR to ask if you can start a thread, and they might okay it.
ABOUT IMAGES: Don't quote images in your posts, that includes Avatars/Icons. And please, try to limit the number of images in one post to 3 or 4.
