That's the Hope municipal airport, just like it says in the picture. Not random farmland. FEMA is leasing the airport property for $25,000 per month, and they are trying to auction off the trailers.

I just think it's crazy they don't come up with some plan for these, kind of like all the defunct airplanes in Arizona at that airforce base.
 
Yeah it's a waste of taxpayer money regardless of who the government is paying; it makes no difference who the government is paying.
