I think this is a very interesting trade. J-Rich is basically like a younger version of Vince, and I believe he is more reliable than Vince at this point. His shooting and scoring ability will help. Hedo has looked lost since he left Orlando, so he should click with them right away, in Orlando's system. I think they'll miss Gortat, because he has been a very reliable backup to Howard. Orlando will be getting lots of offensive firepower with J-Rich, Hedo, and likely Arenas coming. But their perimeter defense is still questionable, with Barnes gone to the Lakers, and with Pietrus traded. Phoenix gets bigger with Gortat, so Frye moves to PF, his true position. Vince could put up some numbers with Phoenix, playing with Nash.
