Thoughts on Guantanamo Bay?

I'm merely curious on what others' thoughts and opinions of the Guantanamo Bay situation are. Personally, I am against the idea of holding several innocent people hostage there due to their beliefs. What do you think? And, if anyone has signed the petition to get rid of it or wants to get rid of it, how do you think it will be eliminated in the end, if you believe it will be at all?
 
How do you know they are innocent? Several people released from there have gone on to commit suicide bombings.

Anyway, I think it should be closed for PR purposes. The administration has no clue regarding public relations.
