...with Michigan and Florida? I have been watching it ever since it came on and I don't see what the big deal is. I disagree with Obama's campaign plan about a 50/50 split. Thats stupid because that completly disregards the vote in both states.
I think Florida should be seated the way it was voted. All names were on the ballot and record turnout of votes occurred. As with Michigan, it turns out that Hillary would have won it anyway. They said she would have received 46% and Obama 35%, so she would have had an 11 point victory anyway. Edwards would have 15% of the vote. Or they should just give the votes the way they were voted as the former Michigan governer said. Obama and 3 other canidates VOLUNTARILY removed their names from the ballot and according to the rules committee, there was no rule that said they had to. Hillary should get her 73 Michigan delegates and Obama get nothing. Those 55 delegates go to uncomitted.
They go to uncommitted because there is a rule that says that everyone get an equal share of delegates based on the percentage of votes they received. Since uncommitted got 40%, it gets 55 delegates. It's Obama's fault he removed his name and he would have lost anyway by 11 points.
CountessVendetta obviously you know nothing. the canidates did NOT agree to remove there name from the ballots, 4 of them VOLUNTARILY removed their names. Obviously you have not been watching the thing at all. You should and educate yourself. At least then you would know how things really went on unstead of listening to everything Obama and his stupid @ss campaign tells you.
