I recently started having thorasic back pain. I went to the Chiropractor and he said the T8 had rotated slightly. I did three adjustments on consecutive days and felt great yesterday. I was able to exercise and my mobility and pain was reduced significantly. He said that I should be good to go. I felt good yesterday and went to bed, the original spot where I first noticed the pain. I again awoke this morning with back pain. I wonder if going to the Chiropractor is the only solution? I exercise regularly and am in good shape. That is the good part. The bad part is that I sit at a computer all day with bad posture. I also sleep on a bad bed that sags a bit and I usually sleep on my side curled up in a ball, or something similar. Does anyone have solutions for me and whether this problem can be corrected on my own or do I need to continue going to the Chiropractor?
Thanks,
Justin
