the best way to describe it is, a charlie horse in my foot. its very painful. sometimes it happens in one foot, sometimes both. this mostly happens at night, and not every night.
when this does happen my big toe will uncontrollably do one of two things, lean towards the floor or lean towards my other toes. best way to describe it really. like when you lift up your foot it just rests normally, but for me (when the charlie horse occurs) it does either one of those things.
i'm trying to be descriptive and informative, please help
what i'd like to know is
1.) can i prevent this?
2.) does this happen to everyone?
3.) should i be alarmed?
