Honestly. I just love reading about how horrible all of your lives are.

Because, obviously, nobody else has problems. The fact that you can afford internet shows that if you are living a depressing life, you are choosing to.

Obviously, the meaning of my post sailed over your head.

My point was this: If you have enough resources to stay alive, you can find happiness. Those that don't are limiting themselves by not pursuing it.

how do you figure? people get sad, people get mad.. they come here to rant. what lies on myspace said is because you have material items does not mean you dont get depressed sometimes. how is that unrelated to what you said. im not understanding.

Because I said nothing about material possessions leading to happiness.

I said only that, if one has the resources to live, they can find happiness.

I am a bigger fan of philosophy.

One of my parents, however, is a psychologist. I agree that in some cases, psychological counseling can be effective and helpful. It is my opinion, however, that if one becomes depressed, only one's self can break out of that depression.

Like food?

Do, pray tell, explain how they would be alive to post if they paid for their internet connection before food?

This thread is going in a completely random direction caused by one phrase of which I thought the meaning was obvious.

It appears not.
