This question is about a relative of mine. My brothers wife started problems with my brother and had him arrested and now she has his vehicles and the house he is buying ( only two payments left). My question is what can I do to help him regain possession of his property? The vehicles are in his name and the house is in both of their names.. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION??????????????????????
 
He needs to get a divorce lawyer. She has vested interest in all property incurred during the marriage. It will be up to the court to divide the assets between them.
