It has no title or author. It's simply published by the Family Research Council PAC.
Normally when either of these elements aren't present I'll simply write a normal MLA 2009 citation. However, since both are missing, I'm worried my prof will think it was an error on my part.
So, are there any special steps I should take here within my Works Cited page?
