i have some wart type lumps on my testicles the skin not the balls i wanna know how i have got them i dont think its cancer but i do think its warts i dont have any sexual partners and i dont have sex that often last time was last year summer time am 22 year old ive had these warts for a few years now i dont have a clue how they got the they are itchy and if a scratch to much it gets sore and uncomfortable these warts look like they on the outside of the skin they only small about the size of a pin head i wont go n see a doctor because am shy and i wont show any1 them but i would like to know how did i get them is it healthy and should i be worried about these warts i dont wanna pass anything on to any1
