This is what I ate why am I hungry yet?

That's for the whole day:

two slices of normal bread
1/3 plate with cooked (not fried) potatoes
100gr yellow cheese
half bowl of musli with juice
apples, cherries and one banana
two coffees with milk and honey

I only walked fro 2.5 hours and did 30 push ups and that's all.
BMI- 24.

Isn't this enough? I'm hungryyyyy, OmG !!! :D
 
their is very little protein in your diet i find that chicken or fish fill me up with a salad or try the pyramid technique eat more for breakfast and less for lunch and even less for dinner
