this is what i ate today?

breakfast: kashi vive cereal w/ skim milk
snack: banana
lunch: fat free yogurt w/ granola
snackplum
dinner:whatever my mom makes

exercise:
running for 1 hr
biking for 1 hr

im 16, 4'10", and 107lbs

will i lose weight?
 
Sure, as long as you exercise, eat healthy and all that.
Oh, don't forget. WATER! Maybe 8 glasses a day!(:
Make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables too! And, cut out the sugary/sweetness foods.

By the way, your weight is normal.
