THIS IS SOME BULLSHIT

The Weed laws ARE bullshit. That sucks TheCorruptor. America needs to grow up, I'm with ya there. Talk about all the money spent on bullshit while other actual crimes are going unsolved.

Now, you can bitch all you fucking want. The facts are still there, it's illegal. The laws are set and it's very hard to get whats set changed. Yes, Marijuana is probably one of the closest subjects too change but it still is bared. And the money spent? Nine times out of ten, the police, or Drug Agencies aren't going to go crackdown Nazi just on weed, weed is simply the product they find on a lot of the people they expect too be carrying heavier shit. Still illegal. Your still jailbait.

Actually all it takes is a few votes, it things worked out right it could be legal fairly quickly.

Millions of dollars are being spent to stop marijuana sellers and the laws that are in place currently create a black market. To top it all off the people who are normally caught are the people like the OP, not the top just the lowest end of the chain. Not Nazi's with "heavier shit" just an idiot that didn't leave the pot at home.

So these laws that cost an exuberant mount of money and only result in low end arrests stop what? A terrable drug that results in rape, and murder in the middle of town; or a drug that causes zero deaths. Seriously how many people have you heard of that OD on marijuana, or committed a violent crime while smoking it?

Also the fact that medicinal marijuana is not legal in all states pisses me off to no end.

On a side note I have never smoked and unless I develop cancer I have no plans too.

Interesting word choice.

Anyway, fact is, if you're going to oppose a law, merely breaking it isn't going to do a damn thing. You have to show your dissent in a constructive matter if you expect anyone to respect your views. And if you're not interested in taking mature measures to oppose a law, then you shouldn't be bitching so vehemently about said law in the first place.

I happen to think that marijuana should be legalized and given the same restrictions as alcohol, but just because I believe that doesn't mean I'm going to smoke a bowl wherever the fuck I want and expect not to deal with the consequences merely because it's a stupid law.

Sorry that your love of pot is causing you so much trouble, but really man, exercise some common sense. And if you're really so passionate in your opposition of the law, get involved in your state's political community and try making a real difference.

When I said Nazi, I was referring too the said police or Agencies "Going Nazi" *or die hard, whatever you would like too refer too it as.*too find the people who use heavier drugs. I wasn't saying the users are all coke smoking Heil Hitler type. I THINK you misunderstood me, so sorry if I corrected you for no reason. Also, I hear you on the Medicinal use, It CAN help people that actually need help. I though, won't even use it with Cancer. There are other ways of staving the pain, and I'm going too die anyways. So how I stop the pain doesn't really matter does it? I have a significant chance at cancer also do to genetics. I have no clue where my hate of Marijuana came from, probably from just listening too everyone constantly discuss it, or bitch over the police for their own ignorance but whatever.

Yeah, people do survive it. And I love how people relate pessimism with realism. A lot of people survive it, but a lot of people die from it. I'll be straight up. Cancer scares the shit out of me. It really does, it's one of those things you can't do a damn thing too prevent. (outside of smoking a variety of things.) With my life goals, theres a pretty big chance I will die. I want too be in some very dangerous jobs. But Cancer... Eh... Genetics man. Some people only have one bullet in the chamber when it comes too it, with my family I have 4 rounds in. Might as well face reality instead of hide behind fantasies right?

Nope, you get it you're dead.

Except for the 45 percent of those diagnosed with serious cancers in 1973 and 1974 survived that beat it. (didn't feel like looking for a more updated article, felt this one proved the point)

Also I'd be willing to bet that if you had kemo, were puking your guts out, and had so much pain you wanted to die cannabis might look more appealing. ;)

1) I was being sarcastic.

2) Yes. A lot of people die from cancer. Good job. (See? Sarcasm!)

3) I respect realism. But calling a hope/goal to live a "fantasy" is pretty fucking depressing and yes, pessimistic.

4) Try not to worry too much about something that hasn't happened. I've lost three family members to cancer myself, but being scared of it happening to me all the time would only serve to lessen my quality of life.

5) Cashew.

6) My mother has gone through chemotherapy before. It was years ago, and to this day she still wishes medicinal marijuana would have been available at the time. I, too, think you'd be having second thoughts about using it if you were undergoing radiation several hours every day.
