I live just outside of Chicago an on April 13 this year i drove out to my girlfriends house in Downers Grove IL and i had 2.5g of some great kush, my girl had 2.3g of shit weed wile I am driving her to get some shit from Wal-mart i get pulled over for going 43 in a 40 zone. The cop (Officer cocksucker) gave me some bullshit about if everything checks out he will let me off with a warning...bullshit i have about 9 tickets in the last 6 months. Anyway he comes back and asks me to step out of the car. I do it and then he asks me if he can search my car I simply state no. Then he terry pats me finds a pack of smokes(i was 17 at the time) and states Mr.Pxxxxxxx you are under arrest for position of tobacco by a minor. At this point they search my car find 2 bags of weed my scale and a very nice bowl. About 30sec later i started to "resist arrest" as they put it and that gave them the right (as me being a minor at the time) to send me for a psych evaluation so they hand cuff me on to a cot and off i went to fucking the psych ward :banghead: i spent 11 days there until i was found sane (enough to leave) when they released me to the police. The processed me on April 24 and i was on my way to Dupage county jail. i Spent up until June 16 in there (22 days in solitary for fighting). All this over a pack of smokes and 4.85g of pot. On the bright side i learned how to make tattoo ink out of checkers and toothpaste and how do make a needle out of a staple from time magazine. as well as give the tattoo (i did it for the fun of it) and met people who would kill to be in my shoes and people who did not deserve the time they where given or other consequences. Personaly i think everyone should take a long look at the criminal justice system and just get rid of the old and replace it with a new system or just let people be free to do what they want.


P.S. I turned 18 in jail & my second arrest
 
Way to break the law and then blame everyone/ everything else. Did you ever stop to think if you were not such a fucking moron - none of this would have happened? Btw, that is a rhetorical question.
 
First off find out the reasoning behind making pot illegal in 1937, Second fuck you, Third I'm aware that i was breaking the law and I'm not blaming anyone but myself. and look at it this way are all laws fair, are there any laws you think are just plain stupid
 
First: I know the reason and that is irrelevant since guess what? It is still illegal. Way to bring in a first that means absolutely nothing.
Second: How original. I am sorry you are such a complete and worthless fuck up. Your post screams of, "Hey lets tell everyone how cool I am by displaying my retarded behavior!"
Third: Not all laws are fair, but does that mean you go breaking them blatantly? Common sense dictates, no.

Completely irrelevant to this situation. Claiming "civil disobedience" in this case is rather stupid. Yes pot is a current "issue", but smoking under age? What about the amount of tickets you have? Seriously? Traffic laws save the lives of people who actually care about those they're close to.
 
How about being proactive in the political community to further your view/ agenda and not breaking the laws. You do realize breaking the law is not the only way to oppose a law, right? I must step back and realize you are 18 and fucking retarded. Rules are meant to be broken and consequences are meant to be dealt out. If you want to keep your freedom and stay in society, I would suggest learning to follow society's rules and laws. Again, I look forward to my tax dollars housing and paying for all your fuck ups.
 
Ok ya I'm a fast driver but i pay my tickets and that is the end of it as far and the current capitalistic government is concerned they got my 75-140$ so fuck this guy
 
please note i did my time. I'm just thinking 65 days to have the vast majority of my charges dropped and a year probation is a little excessive. and as far as your tax dollars are concerned i pay them too and the average inmate in a jail or prison they spent 15$ on you a day and receive about 250-300 dollars and inmate(the 15 includes the guards wages as well as food bunk and water)

To TheCorruptor... there are intelligent ways to break the law. You know, ones that don't get you in trouble. There was no need to drag the bud with you to Wal-Mart. Smoke it at home, leave it at home, or just don't smoke at all. Also, a scale? Good thing you didn't have a bit more weed on you or you'd also have an intent to distribute charge. NICE.

In my opinion, you don't have the right to complain. You made quite a few foolish choices. Quit being a jackass.
 
OK... i get what your saying but i smoke with my girl and second i did have a felony possession of cannabis with intent to sell, i also had assault on an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia(2 counts), and a count of unlawful position of a weapon(a 1.4in box cutter in my coat pocket)

the intent to sell was dropped to a possession,they dropped the assault on an officer, dropped one paraphernalia, and the weapon possession completly
 
I hope you realize acts and attitudes such as yours is what keeps laws from changing because somewhere someone is justifing it being illegal by your response to breaking the law. You aren't helping on the grander scheme.
