This retarded bitch sits behind me in my german class, and she never shuts the fuck up. Even when the teacher's talking and I'm trying to take notes so I can learn that fucking shit, I got this dumb anime obsessed bimbo yapping about some gay ass cartoon she watched. I've asked her politely to be quiet and she just told me "SHUT UP, IM SICK OF YOU TELLING ME TO SHUT UP". That really pissed me off. I've asked my teacher to move her in the corner where she can't bother anyone but herself. But she just considered it "rude" and kept me after class. She throws shit at me, the kid I sit next to, and the kid she sits next to. I'm getting irritated by that. But I really don't know what I should do. Since she has to sit by me for the rest of the semister. Telling her off would be pointless since I'd probably get suspended. If I have to listen to that bitch talk anymore I'll go fucking crazy.

It's impossible to get through to my german teacher as well, she doesn't like me very much. Even though I'm doing most of the work lately.
 
Nah, don't go to any teachers or councellors or anything like that.
She's just probably acting tough infront of her friends or somesuch.
Pull her outside when the class is over and talk to her 1 on 1.
Maybe then she'll get the point.

Anyways, If you don't like that idea, we could always go with, you need to obviously talk to someone other than your german teacher then can help you, if that's possible
