A new day dawned as i tossed once again looking for a sleep that no longer existed. The alarm bleeped just as always and my fist slammed down on its button to silence it just like always. It seemed i had managed withstand another sleepless night in the throes of my tedious thoughts and wistful imaginings.

I'm sure it's just me, but I simply cannot stand reading stories wherein the author uses substandard English, improper punctuation, and refuses to capitalize words which require capitalizations.

No disrespect intended toward you or your story, but as I implied, I can't get past the written words to enjoy the thoughts these words are trying to convey.
