I've tried to uninstall them and reinstall them. 4 times. It says it downloaded everytime but it don't work. Sometimes is says I need to update my java which I did. I've used system restore even. I've checked my settings and can't find anything. I don't want to restore factory settings and mess up the whole thing and have to start all over.
