This is it - Blu-ray or Collectors Edition

My Mums birthday is coming up soon, and I have been thinking of getting her the Michael Jackson's This is it Concert. But I was wondering if people can tell me if the Collectors Edition (basically a 2 disc DVD with lots of extras on the second disc) has the same stuff as the Blu-ray version (Blu-ray being bigger and so should be able to put the 2 discs onto one) or is there stuff missing.

I would like to get her the best option - she is my Mum and deserves the best of everything.:D
 
If she's a fan of Michael Jackson then the best option is definitely the Blu Ray as the PQ is excellent and as well as having everything the 2 disc DVD has got, it's got some extra bits compared to the DVD with some exclusive Blu Ray only extras and theres a few extra videos on BD live too and all on 1 disc.

Thanks for the response, I was hoping to get the Blu-ray version as I tend to go in that directions and since the Collectors Edition and the Blu-ray are almost the same price I thought I would go for the Blu-ray but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything as my Mum is a big fan and I wanted to get as much in one package as I could.
